All about us

Since opening our first nursery in 2004, we have grown to a thriving group of 11 nurseries in the Midlands and three pre-schools in London.

Some of our nurseries share the same site as children’s centres, which means parents like you can easily access a whole range of extra services, from health visitors and midwives to speech and language therapists – all for free!

Our team

All our staff, apart from our apprentices and one or two really special people, are qualified to at least Level 3 in early years or early childhood studies, and it doesn’t stop there. Some of our staff have qualified as genuine childcare experts: they’re Early Years Proffessionals (EYPs), have a Level 4 or 5 qualification or a related degree. Some are even qualified teachers.

Most important, our staff are also trained in special educational needs (SEND – view the full details here), and have the skills and passion to ensure that our nurseries are welcoming, inclusive settings committed to ensuring your child thrives and develops. Click here to view/download our SEND Policy.

We make sure everyone gives of their best. We all continue to train in the interest of children like yours, and our staff hardly ever seem to leave! They must like us as well as the children.

Our nurseries also work closely together, sharing ideas and good practice – sometimes even staff. We like to use our own staff to cover for a sick colleague rather than agency staff, and so, where possible, we deliberately overstaff our nurseries to ensure the children are surrounded by familiar faces.
