A large and brightly coloured room with lots of floor space to allow them to explore and investigate new experiences. This age group will gradually be introduced to letters, numbers, shapes and writing skills to help their development and to encourage them to reach the Stepping Stones that prepare them for school. Independence is actively encouraged in this room which includes going to the toilet by themselves, dressing themselves, using a knife and fork at lunchtime. All children are individuals and will progress at their own speed so assistance will always be offered where needed. The children in this room will also have access to the computer software packages which will help to develop their concentration skills. A personal daily diary system is place in all rooms, giving information regarding your child’s day at Tiny Toez.
